What You'll Do:
Lead a talented cross-functional team to ensure operational excellence and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Mentor and coach Production Team Members to unlock their full potential, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Own the day-to-day management of KPIs, driving actionable insights and coordinating seamlessly with support functions.
Champion World Class Manufacturing initiatives, from process enhancements to practical problem-solving, ensuring our operations set the standard for excellence.
Promote a culture of Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) and uphold rigorous health and safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of our team.
Lead transformative projects that push the boundaries of innovation and elevate our production capabilities to new heights.
Align shift activities with operational goals, fostering a cohesive and goal-oriented work environment.
Collaborate closely with Shift Leads to drive daily actions and optimize key metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, coupled with a strong grasp of lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
Previous experience leading and coaching teams is essential.
Green belt certification is a distinct advantage.
A proactive mindset and a willingness to embrace new methodologies, coupled with the ability to independently drive their implementation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with a deep appreciation for world-class manufacturing tools and techniques.
Must be computer proficient. Familiarity with systems such as JDE, DAS, and Geneo is desirable.
